Small Business – Entrepreneur Friendly Community
In the summer of 2007, the Chamber organized its Entrepreneur Friendly Task Force to address the compelling needs of would-be entrepreneurs and owners of Small Businesses. As part of a Statewide initiative – Georgia’s Entrepreneur Friendly Communities Program - Effingham joins 89 other counties that offer specialized programs to business start-ups and would-be entrepreneurs.
Your Chamber is a champion for Small Business and offers One-Stop services for hundreds of Small Business Owners and persons wishing to go into to business. After extensive study and effort, the Chamber has organized the Effingham Small Business Council. This initiative serves would-be entrepreneurs and small businesses in an effort to grow the local economy.
