Downtown Springfield, Georgia, Madison to Franklin Streets
The Downtown Street Party is presented by the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce.
Vendor booth spaces are 10’ deep by 20’ wide. Vendors must provide any and all tents, tables and chairs they may need. Electricity is not available to vendors on Laurel Street. Vendors selling merchandise are responsible to collect and remit all appropriate sales tax, as required by the State of Georgia and Effingham County. Food trucks and food vendors are required to be permitted by the Georgia Department of Public Health and are subject to inspection by the Effingham County Health Department.
Setup is available beginning at 3:00pm on April 1, 2022. Laurel Street will not be closed to traffic until 5:00pm. Vendors must be fully setup, with vehicles moved to the designated parking area (except food trucks), by 5:30pm. Vendors must remain in place until the event ends at 10:00pm and are not allowed to bring vehicles onto Laurel Street until after 10:00pm. Booth breakdown must be complete by 11:59pm.
Vendor Fee is $25 per booth space. Payment is accepted by check or credit card.
Vendors will not be accepted if agreements are not complete, signed and returned with payment by due date. Please return the signed vendor agreement and hold harmless agreement with payment by March 21, 2022 to:
